Strafford Station Apartments located just off of Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) one mile west of the center of Wayne, PA. consists of 187 efficiency, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. A recently completed capital improvement project updated the interiors and exteriors of all units and buildings, replaced a number of roofs and all old hvac equipment. Interior upgrades included totally new kitchens, updating of all bathrooms and new carpeting and venetian blinds throughout. In addition, two of our buildings (22 units) have been updated to include a washer & dryer in each unit.

We are in the planning stage for a new building on the property. This building will include 10 one and two bedroom residential apartments restricted to residents 55 and older (the rest of the property will remain open to residents of all ages). In addition, the new building will house a fitness room outfitted with an array of modern exercise equipment. Strafford Station Apartments is the top value in the area. Rent includes gas heat, gas for cooking, and hot & cold water. Parking is free as well as membership in our summer swim club. And, the grounds are truly magnificent!	Brand new kitchens in all units. This project included replacing all cabinets, countertops, appliances and floors. Carpeting and blinds throughout were also replaced. Outside, vinyl railings and shutters were upgraded.
Location, Location, Location. Strafford Station is a perfect place to live if you need to commute to Center City. We actually have an entrance to the Septa Paoli -Philadelphia train line on the property.	Whole Foods, Acme and The Lancaster County Farmers Market are all only a short walk on sidewalks from Strafford Station. In addition, we're only 1 mile (on sidewalks) from the center of Wayne and its many shops and restaurants.
