STRAFFORD STATION APARTMENTS - Strafford, PA

We are in the planning stage for the proposed new 10 unit apartment building and residents only fitness room at our Strafford Station Apartments.

The new building will be for adults 55 and older (the rest of our community will remain open to residents of all ages) and offers spacious, comfortable and secure living in one and two bedroom apartments. The three story construction features elevator service, additional parking (including handicap parking), and a secure key card entry separate from the entrance to the fitness room. It is conveniently located on the edge of the property nearest Lancaster Avenue which places it across the street from the Acme Food Market and Riteaid Drugstore and a short 1 block walk from Whole Foods.

Our new fitness room, open to ALL Strafford Station residents features a variety of state of the art equipment for both aerobic and strength training. The room will also have a secure key card access entrance separate from the entrance to the residences.

HARDING'S RUN II - Mays Landing, Atlantic County, NJ

The concept plan for this community is a traditional neighborhood of attached single family homes centered around green space with rear entry garages and parking.

The original Harding’s Run community was developed by the Iacobucci family in the early 1980’s. In 1983, Iacobucci's were responsible for obtaining the first approvals in Hamilton Township, NJ certified under the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan. This plan, still in use today as a model for “Smart Growth”, created a community of 700 mix clustered homes on 70 acres with an additional 500 acres preserved as permanent open space.
CONCORD FALLS - Aston Township, Delaware County, PA

This planned community of 68 townhomes is located on 11.5 acres and represents another example of affordable communities that the Iacobucci family is renowned.
