Founded in 1955, by two brothers, Frank and Tony Iacobucci, the Iacobucci Organization (and later Iacobucci Homes) evolved from a small carpentry business into one of the most highly recognized and respected home builder in the Delaware Valley, as well as one of the top 300 home builders in the nation.

• Residential Property Management – We currently own and manage the 187 unit Strafford Station Apartments, Strafford, PA as well as numerous townhouses/condominiums located throughout Southeastern PA and Southern NJ and owned by Iacobucci family members;
  
  
• Commercial Property Management – Glendale Industrial Park, Havertown, PA built by the Iacobucci Organization and consisting of about 80,000 sq. ft. of office, warehouse, and flex space is managed by Francis Iacobucci Properties;
  
  
• Residential Home Building and Land Development – With more than 45 communities and 6000 properties developed, Francis Iacobucci Properties in conjunction with its prior affiliates (The Iacobucci Organization, Fortress Group and Baker Residential) has built a wide variety of communities ranging from single family to townhouse, and condominium projects. Many of our properties have been recognized by local chapters of the National Association of Home Builders and the Ovations at Elk Creek community won the prestigious National Award for Best Midsize Active Adult Community from the Senior Housing Council of the National Association of Home Builders.
